The beginning
Hello my name is Leo Baak and the proud owner of Engiflow, specialising in industrial fall prevention, for almost 20 years. A mechanical engineering graduate, I start as Quality Insurance Manager after my studies. Interesting, but soon my interest turned out to be more in Sales.
This brought my to OPW Engineered Systems Europe in 1996, where my career in the dangerous goods handling world began. After 5 great years in international sales, I move to WLT Liquid & Gas Loading Technology as Sales Manager. Besides loading itself, an important place here is reserved for safe working at height. This is where my continued focus on fall prevention and fall protection arises.
On your own two feet with Engiflow
Working safely is not limited to the handling of hazardous liquids. Wanting to use my experience more broadly and with entrepreneurship beckoning, I founded Engiflow 20 years ago. What starts as an agent for specialised suppliers grows into a company with its own products and a clear idea: safe and simple!
Today, Engiflow specialises in modular industrial safety systems. Solutions that are logically built and directly applicable on site. Examples include the universal safety gate S2, the mobile access platform M1, the modular access system A1 and the multifit folding ladder F1.
Working safely prevents injuries, as well as downtime, costs and reputational damage. At the same time, laws and regulations are constantly increasing. With Engiflow's solutions, you choose certainty. At ground level and at height. Without detours.
Logistics
Logistics is all about getting the right things to the right place at the right time. This starts from mining raw materials to delivering products to customers. It involves both physical transport and -intermediate- storage in distribution centres.
Engiflow supplies safety gates for various applications in logistics. Think of openings in fencing at routes where forklift trucks drive, but also for advanced internal transport systems.
In addition, in cooperation with our modular access system, you can easily create transfer platforms, for example for conveyor belts.
